Join Digistore24 as a Werkstudent Account Management (m/w/d) in a 100% remote position. This role is designed for a student nearing graduation, offering a structured path from Client Relations into specialized Account Management. You'll become part of an international, remote-first team at a stable German high-tech company with a start-up spirit, empowering people to share their knowledge online.
What You'll Do
- Contact customers empathetically to solve problems – first in writing and later in video calls.
- Review products created in our software against defined quality criteria.
- Take on your own projects within Account Management in the medium term.
- Answer simple inquiries in customer support.
- Learn the full spectrum of Client Relations and Account Management from an experienced team.
What We're Looking For
- You are currently enrolled as a student (immatrikuliert).
- You are available for at least 20 hours per week on at least four days.
- You have strong written and oral communication skills, with a confident presence in video calls.
- You can think analytically to evaluate data and Excel lists.
- You are enthusiastic about modern technology and interested in online marketing.
- You work independently and reliably in a home office, prioritizing to meet goals.
- You are accurate and detail-oriented in your work style.
- You are willing to continuously expand your knowledge.
- You identify with our values of ownership, autonomy, and direct feedback.

Team & Environment
You'll join a company of 51-200 employees with flat hierarchies and short decision paths. Teams are self-determined and result-oriented. You will report to team leadership with personal coaching and monthly one-on-one conversations.
