AZOWO is looking for a Front-line Customer Service Representative - Kundenberater (m/w/d) im Erstkontakt to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the central contact handling customer inquiries and ensuring a positive service experience.
What You'll Do
- Be the central contact person for answering customer inquiries via ticket system or phone.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and problems.
- Document all customer interactions and concerns in Confluence or internal ticket notes.
- Escalate complex topics to supervisors or managers for further processing.
- Create or revise help articles for customers and internal usage guides.
- Route calls to team members situationally when further expertise is required.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent educational qualification (career changers are welcome).
- A genuine enjoyment of communicating with customers, a high service orientation, and professional conduct.
- A team-first mentality, reliability, and enjoyment of close collaboration with colleagues.
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations and achieve positive outcomes with a friendly, patient manner.
- A hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
- Fluent proficiency in German.
- Proficient working knowledge of English.
