everydays is looking for a Freelance HR Manager to support our team primarily in onboarding, offboarding, and daily team care. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will manage HR processes, foster employee satisfaction, and shape our team culture and employer branding.
What You'll Do
- Create employment contracts and manage relevant HR documents.
- Organize and support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure respectful and smooth transitions.
- Serve as the friendly, reliable point of contact for all organizational HR topics.
- Ensure HR processes are clear, efficient, and legally compliant.
- Introduce and manage a system for measuring employee satisfaction with a target greater than 8/10.
- Derive and implement small, effective measures to improve the work experience.
- Further develop our appreciative, open remote culture.
- Plan and implement at least 2 lovingly organized offline team events per year.
- Organize small 'Moments of Delight' that connect the team.
- Maintain and further develop the company's career page and LinkedIn profile.
