soonami is looking for a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal guidance to the early-stage ventures within our ecosystem. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping founders build legally robust foundations for growth. Compensation includes soonami tokens and equity in the projects you support, aligning your success directly with the startups you help to succeed.

What You'll Do

Provide expert legal advice to early-stage ventures across corporate structuring, intellectual property, compliance, and contract drafting.
Collaborate with founders and teams to ensure ventures are legally robust and set up for growth.
Assist ventures in resolving legal challenges and mitigating potential risks.
Engage with the soonami ecosystem to network and generate opportunities using soonami tokens.
Participate in long-term collaborations with ventures that may transition to fiat-based compensation after funding.

3+ years of relevant legal experience.
