Intermate Media GmbH is hiring an Accounting Manager to manage our accounting operations and help shape the State of Social in around 55 markets. You will be part of a large team of more than 250 Mates within the global SAMY agency network, working independently and collaboratively in a remote-friendly environment.

What You'll Do

• Create and dispatch invoices independently and in a timely manner.
• Proactively clarify discrepancies and monitor incoming payments.
• Maintain the current status of individual campaigns and collaborate closely with the team for necessary adjustments.
• Process credit card statements and handle employee expenses.
• Check incoming invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payments and swift reimbursement of expenses.
• Execute bookings independently in DATEV and, in the future, NetSuite.

What We're Looking For

• A structured and detail-oriented working method, even under time pressure and in a remote setup.
• A team player with strong communication skills who enjoys teamwork.
• Proactive problem-solving: actively identifying and resolving open questions in the invoicing process with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive 'Can-Do' mentality with an independent and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Nice to Have

• Experience in handling NetSuite, as it will be introduced in the foreseeable future.
