M&T Bank is hiring a Welding Lead for the 1pm-9:30pm shift. In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency on an assembly line by training new team members, performing quality checks, setting up production, and interpreting technical documents.

What You'll Do

Train new team members.
Perform assembly spot-checks for quality assurance.
Set up production lines.
Read and interpret blueprints.

What We're Looking For

Regular attendance is essential.
Able to use any kind of assembly tool.
Familiarity with every area of the production process.
Forklift certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul).
