RR Donnelley is looking for a Website Coordinator to manage and update our public-facing website. You'll ensure the quality and consistency of all web content while supporting broader marketing initiatives in this fully remote role.
What You'll Do
- Utilize web-based content management systems to post, edit, and update content on the firm’s public website.
- Update, format, and publish web content including thought leadership publications, press releases, biographies, event and news items, and blog posts.
- Assist with website data clean-up to ensure quality search results.
- Perform regular data tracking and reporting tasks.
- Participate in all platform training sessions.
- Proof website posting requests for content, formatting, consistency, and tagging.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders, internal team members, and external vendors.
- Assist with the creation and modification of other marketing projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Adhere to firm and client policies.

- Excellent proof-reading skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize work and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to develop successful working relationships with legal and business professionals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HTML and Photoshop editing knowledge.
- Working technical knowledge of content management systems and email marketing platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, and Customer Insights Journeys).
