Role Overview
As a Website Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of a global organization’s digital content. Working remotely from Mexico, you'll support the Web Strategy and Operations team within Digital Marketing, contributing to the effectiveness of the company’s online presence through content management, SEO optimization, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Use content management systems to publish, format, and organize web content efficiently.
- Ensure website content remains current, accurate, and aligned with business messaging.
- Assist content contributors with technical questions and troubleshoot publishing issues.
- Apply on-page SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and content visibility.
- Keep up with evolving SEO practices and recommend improvements to boost website performance.
- Work with teams across functions to gather insights and support content development.
- Track website performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Help prepare reports on SEO and content KPIs, including building and updating dashboards.
- Partner with designers and developers to maintain a consistent, intuitive user experience.
- Participate in development cycles as a quality assurance resource, focusing on content integrity and SEO compliance.
- Act as a liaison for global stakeholders, providing support and escalating issues when necessary.
Technical Environment
You’ll work with a modern toolkit including content management platforms, SEO analysis tools, and web analytics systems to manage and refine digital content.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote position open exclusively to candidates based in Mexico. You’ll collaborate with team members and stakeholders across time zones, supported by flexible work practices.
