Shape meaningful digital experiences as a Web Writer/Content Strategist on a team dedicated to mission-driven clients. You’ll guide content strategy from concept to launch for nonprofits, associations, and B2B organizations, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with user needs and brand goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead content strategy for website redesigns and new builds, conducting audits, research, and planning to inform structure and messaging
- Develop intuitive page hierarchies and write wireframe copy, drafts, and final content that supports user experience and brand voice
- Write and edit digital content with a focus on readability, accessibility, and search performance
- Apply SEO principles and web writing best practices to increase visibility and engagement
- Partner with designers and strategists to integrate content seamlessly into visual and interactive design
- Manage content workflows, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and client stakeholders
- Use content management platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore to create, migrate, and quality-check content
- Adapt tone and style to match diverse client brand guidelines while maintaining consistency
- Stay informed about emerging content trends, tools, and AI applications, applying insights to improve client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital writing, or UX content design
- Proven experience with website redesigns or new site development
- Strong writing and editing skills tailored for digital platforms
- Experience using content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and performance-driven content
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage multiple projects
