Scotiabank is seeking a Wealth Manager to act as a senior, non-registered relationship manager and trusted advisor to our high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will deliver holistic wealth management solutions aligned with clients' goals by representing our full Total Wealth offering.
What You'll Do
- Build deep client relationships through ongoing life-based discovery, engage Scotia Wealth Management and banking partners as needed, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of experts to deliver an integrated client experience.
- Manage a growth plan that includes prospecting, networking, and deepening existing relationships.
- Identify and attract new HNW/UHNW prospects and consolidate assets from existing clients.
- Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and follow up on referral opportunities.
- Represent Scotiabank at community, professional, and industry events.
- Collaborate with Wealth, Commercial, Retail, and other partners.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior relationship manager or advisor serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a growth plan centered on prospecting, networking, and deepening client relationships.
- Strong track record of acquiring new clients and consolidating assets from existing ones.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional presence to represent the bank at external community and industry events.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with the Centralized Registrant & Investment Advisory (CRIA) team, who act as Registrant to all clients & prospects. The role involves coordinating a multidisciplinary team of experts to deliver an integrated client experience.
