What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining seamless warehouse operations. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for freight movement, interfacing directly with customers and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. You’ll manage the flow of inbound and outbound shipments, maintain organized inventory, and operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to load and unload freight.
You’ll also be responsible for keeping warehouse and office supplies stocked, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Flexibility is essential—this role includes scheduled overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call availability as needed to support business demands.
Requirements
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in a warehouse environment and demonstrated proficiency in operating forklifts or similar machinery. A strong commitment to safety is essential, including the consistent use of proper procedures and equipment. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong computer literacy is required, particularly with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are necessary for coordinating with internal teams, customers, and carriers. You must also demonstrate reliability, follow-through, and a collaborative mindset.

Work Mode
This is an on-site position located in Edinburg, Texas, operating primarily during first shift hours from Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work. The role requires flexibility to accommodate overtime, weekend, and on-call shifts based on operational needs.
