Inventive Food Technology (IFF) is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor I

Inventive Food Technology (IFF) is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor I to oversee logistics and storage activities at our Gebze site. You will manage warehouse operations with a total capacity of 5,000 pallets, ensuring efficient and compliant storage, goods acceptance, and shipping processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage all logistics and storage activities both administratively and functionally for warehouses with a total capacity of 5,000 pallets.
• Be responsible for supervising approximately 30 operators.
• Coordinate relations and communication with Production, Production Planning, Quality Assurance and Control, Technical Services, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales departments.
• Forecast increasing capacity needs and perform efficiency analyses.
• Contribute to process developments to increase the efficiency of storage, goods acceptance, and shipping.
• Perform performance monitoring of processes and prepare monthly activity reports.
• Follow up warehouse activities and perform process improvement studies.
• Ensure warehouse areas follow GMP standards for inspections, and keep, revise, and control related records.

What We're Looking For

• Graduated from university departments of Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business and Logistics.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management processes.
• Very good written and spoken English language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Able to use SAP MM and WM modules at an advanced level.
• Proficient in occupational health and safety, environmental management systems.
• Able to perform capacity analysis and performance measurements.
• Experienced in team management and strong interpersonal-functional communication skills.
• Developed coordination, planning and management skills, high result orientation.

Nice to Have

• Experience preferably in the food sector.
• Knowledgeable in GMP.
