Responsibilities
- Direct the workforce to complete tasks according to customer requirements.
- Update the Warehouse Manager on shift activities.
- Support staff training to ensure proper order assembly skills.
- Take ownership of shift operations.
- Make sound business decisions that benefit the organization.
- Accurately assemble orders and load products onto trucks.
- Receive goods following company standards.
- Keep precise records of incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Monitor all goods entering and leaving the warehouse to verify correct documentation.
- Perform other related duties as needed on a periodic basis.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in the retail food industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- High standards for quality and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superior time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in both official languages is considered an asset.
