SCUSA Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Manager to be a key leader for our brand new 300,000 square foot distribution center in Caledonia, WI. You will provide direction and oversight for the warehouse and shipping department, including administration, shipping, receiving, employee scheduling, sanitation, quality, safety, and environmental activities.

What You'll Do

Plan, direct, and coordinate shipping department activities in a safe, organized, and compliant environment.
Coordinate load out schedules with in-house distribution and contractors to ensure timely and accurate operations.
Manage expenses, including labor and overhead, using Continuous Improvement techniques and a Management Operating Structure (MOS).
Monitor inventory and product codes daily to ensure proper rotation and traceability.
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately for a correct real-time inventory position.
Ensure full compliance with quality assurance standards, focusing on housekeeping and cleanliness.
Monitor and strive to achieve targeted Sales to Service Metrics.
Contain and reduce costs while driving departmental productivity.
Cooperate cross-functionally as a change agent across the company.
Actively support internal and external audits.
Engage in managerial responsibilities including planning, evaluating, training, organizing, integrating, and delegating.
Provide employee leadership to ensure effective selection, retention, development, disciplinary action, and performance management.
Train, instruct, and mentor employees on shipping and warehouse work.
Oversee the instruction, implementation, and enforcement of employee policies.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of manager-level experience in a Distribution or Supply Chain capacity.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and lead others through change.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High degree of organization with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
A team player and leader who can work across multiple functions and disciplines.
Adept at selecting, coaching, developing, engaging, and retaining a team of employees.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computer-based applications, and experience with WMS systems.

Nice to Have

Experience with Health and Safety and Workers Compensation compliance.
SAP experience is preferred.

Compensation: $87,510 - $114,855
