APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to serve as an integral part of our Operations Team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, managing receiving and replenishment processes, and supporting the kitting for production.
What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and enforcing security procedures
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
- Maintain organization of the warehouse and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits
- Support training for new Warehouse employees or other staff interacting with the Warehouse
- Identify new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
- Maintain, update, and report key performance indicators to plant management daily
- Perform other job duties as assigned

- Experience working with ERP software, specifically Microsoft AX, strongly desired
- Experience managing others preferred
- Experience in the building industry, manufacturing, or high-volume logistics preferred
