Marelli is looking for a Warehouse Documentation Clerk to manage shipping warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination with internal departments. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing shipments and maintaining operational flow within a dynamic, international team focused on transforming the future of mobility.
What You'll Do
- Manage the shipping warehouse: prepare customer shipments based on orders from the customer service department.
- Print PICKING LIST and transport documents.
- Report problems to the customer service department regarding work order processing and shipment preparation issues.
- Collaborate with the quality department to ensure shipments meet quality standards for the customer.
- Prepare shipments according to specific customer requirements.
- Generate customer communications – shipment fulfillment confirmations.
- Manage customer complaint returns within the system.
- Manage returnable packaging within the system.
- Collaborate with GBS regarding shipment invoicing.
- Cooperate with customs agencies for shipments outside the EU.
- Handle the repackaging parts zone: verify quantity and assortment of parts dedicated for repackaging, repack parts according to packaging instructions, verify compliance of deliveries from external warehouses, verify and systemically handle production returns, and explain discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the ICT department in case of technical problems.
- Conduct annual inventory counts.
What We're Looking For
- Secondary or vocational education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production facility in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- UDT (Urząd Dozoru Technicznego) license.
