Unknown Company is hiring a Warehouse Customer Care Representative

About the Role

Lineage is hiring a Warehouse Customer Care Representative to be a key link between our customers and our warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by managing orders, resolving inquiries, and coordinating logistics.

What You'll Do

  • Perform customer service duties, including processing orders, tracking product availability, and handling inquiries.
  • Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify inbound receipts for accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain professional customer relationships.
  • Generate customer reports, such as weekly or monthly late/bill reports, per request.
  • Coordinate product availability and daily shift schedules with the warehouse team.
  • Coordinate with Operations on special client requests, expediting when necessary.
  • Serve as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive way.
  • Partner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements.

What We're Looking For

  • A High School diploma or GED may be required depending on facility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; required weight may be more dependent upon facility.
