TBC Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team. You will perform operational activities to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and receipt of replenishment product. This is a full-time career opportunity open to newly experienced and seasoned associates.
What You'll Do
- Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
- Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology.
- Inspect inbound shipments for OSD (overages and shortages).
- Pick, stage, and load product onto trucks.
- Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
- Assist in optimizing operations and customer service to achieve business goals.
- Participate in cycle count or physical inventory processes as required.
- Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
- Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
- Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
- Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting, with the ability to occasionally lift more.
- Willingness to complete a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
- A Safety 1st Mentality.
Nice to Have
- Forklift certification.
- Experience with RF scanners.
- Prior distribution center experience.
- Prior material handling equipment (MHE) experience.
