Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass revenue goals for the EMEA region, with a primary focus on winning new customers
- Design and implement a regional go-to-market strategy that supports scalable growth
- Build a fast-moving sales pipeline across enterprise and mid-market segments, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined deal execution
- Lead rapid market expansion in targeted EMEA countries including the UK, DACH region, Nordics, and Middle East
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Promote a culture centered on accountability, measurable results, and ongoing development
- Guide sales managers and enterprise representatives through complex, long-cycle deals
- Uncover new business opportunities across major EMEA markets
- Grow enterprise customer base and deepen market penetration in strategic industries
- Ensure regional sales efforts align with global go-to-market priorities
- Collaborate with channel leadership to shape partner recruitment and engagement plans
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives and channel partners to accelerate revenue growth
- Represent the company at industry conferences and in engagements with important stakeholders
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to drive alignment
- Provide actionable market insights to help shape product development and market positioning
- Maintain consistency with global sales methodologies, processes, and technology tools
