Responsibilities
- Work with the Global Operations regional managers to develop and oversee the following group benefit programs: group medical, dental, vision, life insurance, business travel accident, short-term disability, long-term disability, and other country-specific benefits
- Coordinate benefit processing; review and approve billing
- Create strong partnerships with our benefits broker and vendors and serve as a primary contact
- Assist new employees with Benefits & Compensation
- Research and respond to questions from employees and management regarding the interpretation of benefit plans
- Assist with evaluating and designing new corporate benefit plans and programs
- Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee welfare benefits
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with team members and external contacts
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates, clients and vendors at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs as required
- Writes and speaks fluent English

- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
