United Overseas Bank is hiring a VP, Sales & Conduct Risk to join our Compliance and Controls function. You will play a key role in ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal standards, covering areas including legal, compliance, anti-money laundering, audit, and risk management.
What You'll Do
- Ensure business activities comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Oversee and manage conduct risk within sales operations
- Support the broader Compliance and Controls function across legal, AML, audit, and risk management activities
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and controls
- Provide guidance and training on compliance matters
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a compliance, conduct risk, or regulatory role within financial services
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and risk management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organization
