EX Squared is seeking a VP, Payor Products to provide senior leadership for our Payor Products within the Research & Development Product division. This is a critical role shaping the strategic direction of our product offerings.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Payor Products within the R&D division
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Drive product development initiatives that align with business objectives
- Collaborate across functions to ensure product success
What We're Looking For
- Proven senior leadership experience in a product management role
- Deep domain expertise in Payor Products within a healthcare or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategy
- Strong track record of managing complex product lifecycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Current legal authorization to live and work in Switzerland
Work Mode
This is a remote position operating in local-country mode. Candidates must be based in Switzerland.
