EX Squared is hiring a Senior VP of Sales to own and execute our revenue strategy. This senior leadership position is critical for scaling our sales operations and achieving ambitious growth targets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization.
- Establish key performance metrics and sales processes for the team.
- Forecast sales targets and track performance against goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to align sales strategy with overall business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a senior sales leader (VP, SVP, or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience building and scaling sales teams and processes.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
