EX Squared is seeking a VP, Payor Products to own the vision and execution of our healthcare payment products. You will join a mission-driven team building solutions that simplify and improve financial interactions in the healthcare ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for payor-facing platforms.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Establish and track key product metrics to measure success and drive improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on healthcare payor products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B software platforms in the healthcare or fintech sector.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare payment landscape, including claims, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear product priorities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Work Mode
This is a remote position for candidates based in France.
