EX Squared is hiring a VP, Payor Products to lead our product strategy and execution for payor-focused solutions. This role drives the full product lifecycle from research and development through to management and enhancement.
What You'll Do
- Lead research to identify market opportunities and define product vision.
- Drive the development and lifecycle management of payor-focused products.
- Oversee product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success.

- Proven experience in a senior product leadership role within healthcare payor markets.
- Expertise in the full product lifecycle: research, development, and management.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide product direction.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be located in Mexico for local-country work.
