EX Squared is seeking a VP, Payor Products to define and execute the strategic vision for our Payor product line. Reporting into the Research & Development – Product department, you will be a key leader responsible for driving product evolution and market impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Payor products, from strategy to launch
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market analysis and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver high-quality products
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to guide product decisions and iterations
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a VP-level product role or similar senior product leadership position
- Deep domain expertise in Payor products within the healthcare or insurance technology sector
- Strong track record of developing product strategy and managing a portfolio through the full development cycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align senior leadership and teams
Work Mode
This is a local-country remote position. You must be physically located in Austria to be eligible for this role.
