Accountabilities: · Manage comprehensive program operations, ensuring consistent delivery targets and patient outcomes. · Direct, develop, and scale a multi-disciplinary team comprising case managers, healthcare professionals, and behavioral health specialists. · Control financial performance, including unit economics, resource distribution, and operational budgeting. · Architect and refine workflow processes, staffing structures, and operational frameworks to balance scalability, efficiency, and patient experience. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, clinical services, finance, and growth strategies. · Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. · Orchestrate organizational change initiatives, including key performance indicator rollouts, team restructuring, and operational enhancements. Requirements: · 8+ years of operational leadership, including 5+ years managing extensive field-based teams. · Proven experience managing financial performance and unit economics. · Expertise in driving performance metrics, building high-performing teams, and leading transformational change. · Robust ownership mentality with demonstrated capacity to deliver results across mission, business, and customer experience domains. · Superior collaboration and communication capabilities across diverse functional teams. · Skill in translating operational requirements into actionable product strategies and overseeing implementation. · Adaptability in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with minimal bureaucratic constraints. · Genuine commitment to supporting individuals with complex chronic challenges, including homelessness, mental health, and substance use disorders. · Preferred: Healthcare operations background, experience scaling field-based care, implementing performance frameworks, and developing managerial talent.
