You will direct a comprehensive, cross-functional team, drive operational optimization, and ensure strategic alignment while efficiently expanding services. The Operations Executive will collaborate across clinical, technological, financial, and growth domains to streamline workflows, establish performance benchmarks, and spearhead organizational transformation initiatives. This role presents an opportunity to influence strategic decisions, refine operational methodologies, and generate measurable outcomes that directly enhance patient care. The position offers complete remote flexibility with support for a California-based team. Accountabilities: · Manage comprehensive program operations, ensuring consistent delivery targets and patient outcomes. · Direct, develop, and scale a multi-disciplinary team comprising case managers, healthcare professionals, and behavioral health specialists. · Control financial performance, including unit economics, resource distribution, and operational budgeting. · Architect and refine workflow processes, staffing structures, and operational frameworks to balance scalability, efficiency, and patient experience. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, clinical services, finance, and growth strategies. · Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. · Orchestrate organizational change initiatives, including key performance indicator rollouts, team restructuring, and operational enhancements. Requirements: · 8+ years of operational leadership, including 5+ years managing extensive field-based teams. · Proven experience managing financial performance and unit economics. · Expertise in driving performance metrics, building high-performing teams, and leading transformational change. · Robust ownership mentality with demonstrated capacity to deliver results across mission, business, and customer experience domains. · Superior collaboration and communication capabilities across diverse functional teams. · Skill in translating operational requirements into actionable product strategies and overseeing implementation. · Adaptability in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with minimal bureaucratic constraints. · Genuine commitment to supporting individuals with complex chronic challenges, including homelessness, mental health, and substance use disorders. · Preferred: Healthcare operations background, experience scaling field-based care, implementing performance frameworks, and developing managerial talent.
