Duties and Responsibilities:
Program and Project Management:
- Serves as primary contact for large utility clients in California
- Develops and reviews project proposals determining timelines, budgets, staffing requirements
- Coordinates with senior leadership to establish work program plans
- Develops and tracks program budgets and metrics
- Forecasts spending and revenues for assigned programs
- Monitors project profitability
- Develops strategies to maintain program schedules and exceed targeted outcomes
- Prepares accurate project reports
- Leads program implementation strategies
- Collaborates on contractual requirements and program integration
- Oversees program implementation and deliverables
- Tracks comprehensive program information
- Performs quality assurance and prioritizes deliverable reviews
Leadership & Business Development:
- Directs project staff and cross-functional teams
- Translates theoretical outcomes into strategic decisions
- Develops relationships with industry leaders
- Conducts high-level market and policy analysis
- Works cross-functionally with managers
- Contributes to strategic planning and company culture
Other:
- Potential supervisory responsibilities

Requirements:
- Location in Western or Mountain U.S. regions
- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, energy efficiency, or sustainability
- 5+ years energy efficiency program management experience
- Proven project management expertise
- Demonstrated ability to drive program success
- California Energy Efficiency Regulatory environment experience
- Up to 10% travel willingness
- Passion for sustainability and environmental impact

- Master's degree
