Wishpond Technologies is hiring a VP of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth for our SaaS platform. This is a senior leadership role within the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic planning and forecasting
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships with enterprise clients
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product and sales direction
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in a VP of Sales or similar senior sales leadership role within a SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Strong experience with sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
