Wishpond Technologies was looking for a VP OF SALES - SAAS (100% Remote In Canada)

Wishpond Technologies is hiring a VP of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth for our SaaS platform. This is a senior leadership role within the company.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic planning and forecasting
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships with enterprise clients
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product and sales direction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in a VP of Sales or similar senior sales leadership role within a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams
  • Strong experience with sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills

This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere within Canada.
