Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Build and manage a scalable sales organization across multiple regions
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to contract closure
- Establish key performance metrics and monitor team productivity
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and demand generation
- Develop sales processes and methodologies tailored to enterprise clients
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion verticals
- Negotiate complex contracts and high-value deals
- Mentor and develop sales leadership and individual contributors
- Present quarterly forecasts and performance results to executive leadership
- Optimize CRM usage and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
- Evaluate sales technology stack and recommend improvements
- Maintain deep understanding of product capabilities and customer use cases
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
- Ensure alignment between sales, product, and customer success teams
- Implement scalable onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Drive accountability and performance management within the sales team
- Refine pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with leadership
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust positioning accordingly
- Lead strategic planning for long-term sales growth
Compensation
OTE of $300,000 per year in USD
