Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Build and manage a scalable sales organization across multiple regions
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to contract closure
  • Establish key performance metrics and monitor team productivity
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and demand generation
  • Develop sales processes and methodologies tailored to enterprise clients
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion verticals
  • Negotiate complex contracts and high-value deals
  • Mentor and develop sales leadership and individual contributors
  • Present quarterly forecasts and performance results to executive leadership
  • Optimize CRM usage and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
  • Evaluate sales technology stack and recommend improvements
  • Maintain deep understanding of product capabilities and customer use cases
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
  • Ensure alignment between sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Implement scalable onboarding programs for new sales hires
  • Drive accountability and performance management within the sales team
  • Refine pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with leadership
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust positioning accordingly
  • Lead strategic planning for long-term sales growth

Compensation

OTE of $300,000 per year in USD
