OP Labs PBC seeks a VP of Partnerships to lead our global team in driving growth, revenue, and network activity across the Superchain ecosystem. You will be responsible for scaling OP Stack adoption, cultivating high-value partnerships, and establishing new revenue streams across crypto-native, institutional, and infrastructure sectors.

What You'll Do

Drive revenue and P&L growth for the OP Stack and Superchain ecosystem.
Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing global partnerships team.
Own growth of our partner ecosystem from $25 million to $250 million.
Expand our high-impact partnerships across DeFi, institutional finance, and infrastructure.
Navigate complex multi-stakeholder relationships across the Optimism Collective.
Work closely with product, marketing, and governance teams to shape and execute go-to-market strategies.

What We're Looking For

15+ years of experience in partnerships within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
Proven success leading teams cross-functionally and with external partners.
Demonstrated best-in-class partnerships experience.
Deep knowledge of crypto, as well as relevant verticals like fintech, institutions, or payments.
Strong culture and values alignment with Optimism.
Active crypto user with understanding of DeFi, on-chain mechanics, and crypto-native growth levers.
Ability to lead and scale global teams, driving alignment across sales, business development, and partnerships.
Strong executive presence capable of negotiating high-level deals while understanding technical and market nuances.
