As Phantom’s VP of Marketing, your mission is to make one hundred million people trust us with their money. You will build a brand that earns credibility, acquire users profitably at scale, and position Phantom as the obvious choice for modern finance without friction or fees.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the marketing strategy for Phantom's evolution from wallet to global consumer finance platform.
- Build the brand narrative: why Phantom, why now, why trust us.
- Scale paid and organic acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC.
- Partner with product on launches, positioning, and go-to-market for new financial products.
- Build and lead a marketing team that punches above its weight.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in consumer marketing, with real experience in fintech or consumer finance.
- Managed a significant marketing budget and can talk specifics about what you learned and what actually worked.
- Done brand building and understand that trust is the product.
- Built and led small, high-output teams. You know how to hire and you know how to ship.
- A track record of high agency. Actual evidence that you see problems and fix them without being asked.
- Can write. Crisp, clear, no corporate fluff.
