Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a VP of Growth Markets (Remote - US). This visionary and entrepreneurial leader will drive strategic expansion into new revenue-generating markets, transforming promising six-figure business lines into robust, multi-million-dollar revenue streams within two years. Operating at a high level of visibility and impact, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify, build, and scale growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead strategy and execution in high-potential growth markets, aiming to rapidly scale revenue and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, product, engineering, and commercial departments to ensure effective execution.
- Analyze key performance indicators and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Cultivate a customer-first culture by championing experimentation, innovation, and the fast adoption of emerging technologies.
- Manage external partnerships and stakeholder relationships to maximize value and ensure alignment with growth goals.
- Maintain a lean, ROI-focused approach while delivering ambitious results.
- Transition successfully built initiatives to long-term business owners and pivot to lead the next high-impact opportunity.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in publishing, content, or technology-driven environments, with a focus on revenue growth and strategic expansion.
- Proven success in scaling businesses while maintaining strong profit margins.
- Deep understanding of content creation, editorial standards, and reputation management in a global media context.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a comfort level in handling complex datasets and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience managing senior-level teams and cross-department collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced business acumen required.

This is a high-impact, executive-level position reporting directly to the Chief Content Officer and CEO.

- Competitive salary: $150,000 – $175,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
