About the Role

Responsibilities

- Improve financial systems and processes for scalability

- Lead due diligence for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Prepare board-level financial presentations and updates
- Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices
- Support international expansion with financial infrastructure
- Manage currency risk and multi-jurisdictional tax planning
