Cornerstone Capital Bank is hiring a VP National Retail Product Support Manager to play a critical leadership role in supporting retail production and operations teams nationwide. In this position, you will partner closely with Loan Officers, Producing Managers, and Senior Management to provide essential pricing guidance, product expertise, and strategic scenario solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support Loan Officers and Producing Managers with pricing, product, and scenario solutions.
- Assist Senior Management with Private Banking Relationships.
- Review all locks, pricing variances, and pricing-related scenarios.
- Manage Investor Relations, including scenarios, exceptions, and communications.
- Manage the Jumbo Pipeline, processing and evaluating loans for best investor sale.
- Evaluate loan-level problems and provide effective solutions.
- Identify and assess risks across operations.
- Identify areas where training is needed regarding pricing, product, resources, updates, and investor communications.
- Assist with RISK & IPAC/Bond Committees.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of mortgage experience.
- The ability to research effectively and maintain a solution-oriented approach.
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to research effectively to make reasoned decisions quickly.

- Underwriting experience.
