- Mentor engineering managers and senior technical staff
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities
- Support incident management and major outage resolution
- Drive cost optimization initiatives for cloud resources
- Ensure platform designs support global scalability
- Partner with data engineering and machine learning teams on infrastructure needs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve developer productivity
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling
- Promote reusable platform services across product teams
- Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure providers
