Sauce seeks a VP of Engineering to lead our B2C Growth engineering initiatives. This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling the technology that drives our consumer product growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of all B2C Growth engineering initiatives
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team
- Partner with Product and Marketing leadership to define and achieve growth objectives
- Establish engineering best practices, processes, and technical standards
- Drive architectural decisions for scalable, reliable consumer-facing systems
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle for growth-focused features
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering leadership
- Proven track record leading B2C growth engineering teams at scale
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing engineering organizations
- Strong technical background in modern software development practices
- Ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and execution plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
