Toptal is seeking a VP, AI Practice Lead to build and scale our AI practice. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing strategic AI solutions, and ensuring successful delivery from conception to implementation.
What You'll Do
- Lead Toptal's AI practice, setting the vision and strategy for client solutions.
- Build and scale AI solutions tailored to diverse client needs and industries.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring quality and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in AI development and deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an AI-focused practice or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and delivering complex AI solutions for external clients.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, market trends, and business applications.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for a technical practice.
