VON Canada is hiring a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. In this role, you'll be integral to our client intake and service provider assignment process, ensuring efficient scheduling and high-quality community care. You'll work as part of a team dedicated to living out our values of Respect, Compassion, and Excellence.
What You'll Do
- Maintain service provider schedules, including master rotations and availability.
- Utilize customer service skills to gather client information and assign clients to service providers using Procura software.
- Create work assignments using knowledge of local geography to maximize continuity of care within collective agreements.
- Keep up-to-date with daily changes to client service authorizations and care plans.
- Reschedule client visits due to unexpected staffing changes.
- Receive and triage information according to defined timelines.
- Enter referral and client information into the database.
- Monitor the CellTrak Portal to confirm safe service delivery and intervene when variances occur.
- Ensure client and staff confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Promote a safe workplace in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Collaborate with CSAs, site program managers, supervisors, service providers, and clients to ensure quality care.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma and an Office Administration certificate or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Outlook, faxing software, and database management.
- A current criminal background check, including a vulnerable sector screen.
Nice to Have
- University or college education.
- A Medical Terminology certificate.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a scheduling environment.
- Experience in a unionized, health care, or contact center customer service environment.
- Experience with scheduling software such as Procura.

Team & Environment
You will work as part of a team, collaborating closely with other CSAs, site program managers, and supervisors, reporting to site program management.
Work Mode
