As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will: - Collaborate intimately with expanding European enterprises - Architect comprehensive hiring frameworks, evaluation criteria, interview protocols, and performance analytics - Cultivate and reinforce strategic stakeholder relationships - Identify optimal candidate sourcing channels and implement targeted recruitment strategies - Ensure sustainable project outcomes and client-focused solutions Requirements: - Native or bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) in Georgian or Hungarian, demonstrating high C1 or C2 language competency - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, minimum C1 level mandatory - Minimum 6-12 months experience executing high-volume recruitment in dynamic environments - Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - Proactively generate and implement innovative client recruitment enhancement strategies - Possess an internal recruiting perspective prioritizing long-term organizational alignment - Comprehensive understanding of robust recruitment methodologies and candidate experience - Capability to leverage data-driven decision-making for optimal results This represents a full-time, remote opportunity offered through a 6-month fixed-term contract.
