About the Role We seek an innovative and proactive Marketing Specialist to integrate into our compact yet energetic real estate coaching services team. This position is instrumental in strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives—predominantly through email, Facebook Ads, and digital platforms—while managing lead nurturing sequences and enhancing engagement for both virtual and in-person events. You will work intimately with leadership, playing a pivotal role in supporting organizational expansion by generating high-caliber leads and increasing event participation. Key Responsibilities: - Craft, implement, and refine email, SMS, and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive event attendance, program enrollment, and lead cultivation. - Develop and manage campaign schedules to ensure strategic messaging across marketing funnel stages. - Partner with content and automation team members to request, coordinate, and deliver creative materials (videos, graphics, messaging). - Categorize, monitor, and nurture leads across various segments (new prospects, repeat attendees, active students). - Track engagement, analyze conversion performance, and develop improvements to elevate response rates. - Propose and execute innovative marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, targeted advertising, and landing page optimizations. - Maintain precise campaign documentation and consistently report outcomes to leadership. - Demonstrate flexibility and provide comprehensive support in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or comparable roles. - Proven expertise managing Facebook Ads campaigns and additional paid media initiatives. - Proficient or eager to learn platforms like Go High Level, ConvertKit, or similar marketing automation tools. - Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. - Demonstrated initiative, strong accountability, and adaptability—comfortable learning new technologies and embracing diverse responsibilities. - Meticulous attention to detail and precision across marketing deliverables. - Alignment with core organizational values: speed, honesty, transparency, accuracy, and receptiveness to constructive feedback. - Superior organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects. - Ability to collaborate effectively within remote team structure and report directly to company leadership. Bonus: Experience in social media management and/or paid media advertising for potential role advancement.
