Join Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes as a VOB/A Expert and bring your specialized knowledge to our Vergabestelle und Nachtragswesen department. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and quality assurance of our procurement processes, focusing on large-scale infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Conceive, optimize, execute, and ensure the quality of procurement procedures and processes.
- Plan and create tendering procedures, especially for large-scale projects with an order value from 10 million euros for construction works and other supplies and services.
- Conduct procurement and clarification negotiations, including reviewing the submitted calculation/price determination bases from contractors.
- Advise and train the branch offices of the Northwest regional directorate on all technical procurement questions.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed university degree in civil engineering or comparable expertise, qualifications, and experience.
- High technical competence in the field of road construction or structural engineering.
- Familiarity with the VOB/A, GWB, UVgO, VgV, and the complete VOB.
- Knowledge in the areas of architect and engineering law, construction contract law, and business administration (calculation).
Nice to Have
- Proficient handling of common MS Office programs.
- Strong IT affinity and openness as well as a willingness to learn new software applications.
