Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is looking for a Project Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) to support the team in the Multiproject Management staff unit. You will play a central role in steering and controlling the company's extensive portfolio of planning and construction projects.
What You'll Do
- Steer and control all planning and construction projects from a multiproject management perspective, including KPI analysis and target/actual comparisons.
- Develop strategies for the medium- and long-term implementation of planning and construction measures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and establish/maintain reporting systems (MaViS/SAP).
- Manage and control project budgets and costs.
- Ensure data and process quality in project controlling.
- Prepare and support the planning of personnel capacities.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree in business engineering, business administration, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Nice to Have
- Experience in project controlling, multiproject management, or steering infrastructure projects.
- Confident use of SAP, ideally with knowledge of MaViS.
- Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and a high affinity for numbers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently moderate coordination processes.
- Knowledge of construction contract and administrative law.
- Confident use of common MS-Office programs.
- Willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments.
- Planning and organizational skills, along with clear analysis and judgment.
