Position: Virtual Treatment Coordinator
Role Overview
A national dental technology platform is seeking a skilled Virtual Treatment Coordinator to support partner dental practices from a remote location. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in streamlining treatment coordination, enhancing patient education, and improving case acceptance through clear communication and precise documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate dental treatment plans in partnership with dental offices across the country
- Use a proprietary digital platform to manage treatment planning workflows and maintain accurate records
- Verify patient insurance benefits, interpret coverage details, and estimate out-of-pocket costs
- Explain treatment options to patients using phone, video, or secure messaging systems
- Educate patients on financial responsibilities and treatment details to support informed decision-making
- Document all coordination activities in internal systems and practice management software
- Act as a communication bridge between dentists, insurance providers, and patients
- Ensure all interactions comply with HIPAA and data privacy standards
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates within the United States. Work is conducted independently using secure digital tools, with structured support and collaboration across the organization.
Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
