Remote Recruitment is looking for a Virtual Office Administrator to ensure our remote office operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for our growing team, providing vital support to both management and team members as we maintain organisational processes and manage communications.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring streamlined processes and productivity.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain organised digital filing systems and ensure easy access to documents.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries, with professionalism.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Support human resource functions, including onboarding and training of new employees.
- Identify and implement improvements for office efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- A high school diploma is required.
