ManpowerGroup is looking for a Virtual Corporate Recruiter Consultant to manage all aspects of talent acquisition for our Talent Solutions' clients. You will execute full-cycle recruitment processes, specializing in understanding client needs and connecting candidate skills to meaningful work. What You'll Do
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills and match them to job opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates through your social networks and industry communities.
- Own your workload and deliver on performance metrics and commitments.
- Grow into an expert in the fast-paced world of work by staying curious and asking questions.
- Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies to effectively market, screen, and present candidates.
- Improve sourcing strategies through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
- Exceed client expectations to build loyalty and expand opportunities within your portfolio.
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate for their career opportunities.
- Remove barriers and equip candidates with information and tools for successful employment.
- Drive client satisfaction by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
- Position yourself as an expert, constantly refreshing knowledge of in-demand skills to advise candidates and clients.
- Educate clients on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management.
- Create profitable growth by hitting performance targets and putting more people to work.
- Build loyalty and deliver strong client and candidate satisfaction ratings.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
