American Medical Technology Inc. is hiring an HR Recruiter/Generalist to support our Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in the recruitment process while also providing comprehensive generalist support across the HR function.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions, including placing ads, conducting phone and in-person screens, and scheduling interviews with managers
- Register for and attend career fairs to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates
- Communicate professionally with all employees and attend meetings with managers and executives as needed
- Answer employee questions regarding company policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration, including Medical, 401k, Profit Sharing, and open enrollment
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
- Support administrative HR duties such as time cards, payroll, and mailing required legal notices
- Assist with managing FMLA, COBRA, and ADA processes
- Support employee investigations as required
- Partner with your supervisor to strategize and improve HR goals and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field

You will report directly to the Human Resources Manager, providing specialized support with a focus on recruitment while assisting with broader HR responsibilities.
