Responsibilities
- Assist in launching and managing influencer marketing initiatives, including organizing campaign setup, reviewing content, and tracking timelines
- Track key performance indicators for campaigns and support the development of post-campaign summary reports
- Distribute campaign briefs, creative materials, and guidelines to creators, ensuring content is submitted on schedule
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers by analyzing campaign needs, audience characteristics, and brand fit
- Support campaign operations with administrative duties such as managing contracts, handling inbox communications, and overseeing campaign progress
- Maintain regular contact with creators, manage reward distribution, and conduct email outreach for recruitment
- Supervise influencer campaign outcomes and generate performance updates
- Build expertise in influencer platform tools, social networks (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), affiliate systems, and industry best practices to meet client goals and KPIs
- Act as a liaison for client and creator feedback to inform campaign improvements
- Work with internal teams such as Creator Success, Affiliate Programs, Partnerships, and Global Support to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
