SOUM is hiring a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) / Compliance Officer

SOUM is looking for a part-time Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) / Compliance Officer. This remote role will be responsible for developing and overseeing our information security posture and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role is based in Riyadh.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of information security strategies, policies, and programs.
• Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with applicable security and privacy regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on security priorities, investments, and incident response.
• Manage the security and compliance roadmap, including audits and assessments.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a CISO, vCISO, or senior information security leadership role.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability for a part-time, remote engagement based in Riyadh.

Work Mode

This is a part-time, fully remote position. The successful candidate must be based in Riyadh.
