Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior IAM Analyst to review role provisioning and support our implemented Identity and Access Management systems. In this role, you will use your in-depth business knowledge to provide advanced technical support, analyze company functions, and design complex new processes for our identity access systems.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the ongoing technical development and deployment of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.
- Optimize new and existing processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of integration and joint designs.
- Design, build, implement, and deploy high availability solutions and other required IAM capabilities for large, cross platform projects.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures, IAM Standards, and technical design documentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise on associated identity solutions, modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, tools, active directory, privileged account management, synchronization, provisioning, public key infrastructure, and other relevant identity applications.
- Design, install, and configure enhanced security models and other applications used for Identity Authentication and Authorization.
- Gather data, track trend metrics, and analyze the results for continuous service improvement.
- Implement changes needed to remediate issues or defects.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvement.
- Design applications including code, functionality, and interoperability with other systems and applications.
- Develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) specific detailed technical requirements and designs, and incorporate industry best practices for access management.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 4 – 6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.x and above.
- Knowledge on IAM Cybersecurity related items, specially around Identity Management.
- Experience with Ticket Management using ServiceNow or similar.
- Knowledge of Testing procedures using the software qTest or similar.
- Technical Documentation skills.
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
- Experience with Basic SQL querying.
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx and other Data Analytics tools.
- Intermediate-level ability to work independently, demonstrate analytical and project management skills, and exercise excellent judgment.
Nice to Have
- Certified Identity Access Manager.
- SailPoint Associate or Engineer certification.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
